BB Seguridade’s executive board is responsible for representing the Company and managing its business in general, as well as to comply with and enforce the Bylaws and the resolutions of both the General Shareholders' Meeting and the Board of Directors, aiming to perform the duties defined in these instances observing the good practices of corporate governance.
The executive board is composed of at least two and at most four directors, all resident in the country, chosen by the Board of Directors, pursuant to Article 23 of the Bylaws, with a term of three years.
The positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and of Chief Executive Officer may not be accumulated by the same person, even if temporarily.

Bernardo de Azevedo Silva Rothe
Mr Bernardo Rothe has been with BB since 1982 and was the bank’s Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer. At BB, in addition to the position of CFO, Mr. Bernardo Rothe worked as Head of Investor Relations, Executive Manager of Equity and M&A, Executive Manager of Private Equity and Head of the BB subsidiary in New York. He is graduated in Management Processes, has an MBA in Capital Markets, General Education for High Executive Officers and Global Executive MBA.
CSO at BB Seguridade. Mr. Pedro Bramont held the position of Executive Manager of Finance and Planning at BB Seguridade since 2014. Mr. Bramont is member of the board of directors of Ciclic, Fusesc and Car10. Prior to BB Seguridade, he worked as Planning and Strategic Manager for Banco do Brasil, as well as an advisor for several strategic projects, such as the constitution of Elo payment network and the acquisition of financial institutions by BB. He was also Superintendent of Planning, Strategy and Marketing at Banco de Santa Catarina. Mr. Bramont holds Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Production Engineering, in addition to a Masters in IT and Knowledge Management. In 2013, with the article “Modelo de maturidade em Governança Corporativa” (“Maturity Model in Corporate Governance”) he won 1st place in the Corporate Governance Award – IBGC.

Reinaldo Kazufumi Yokoyama
Mr. Reinaldo Kazufumi Yokoyama held the position of Distribution Officer in Banco do Brasil since 2016. He also held the positions of Agribusiness Directorship, State Superintendent and Executive Manager. Mr. Yokoyama holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Company Administration and specialization in Controllership, Financial Management and Marketing.

Werner Romera Süffert
CEO (temporarily), CFO and IR Officer at BB Seguridade. From May 2013 to February 2014, Mr. Süffert held the position of Executive Manager of Finance and IR at BB Seguridade. Prior to that he held the positions of General Manager at Banco do Brasil’s branch in Paris from June 2011 to April 2013 and Associate Manager from June 2010 to June 2011 at the same branch. Mr. Süffert holds a Bachelor degree and a Masters in Business Administration, in addition to an MBA in International Businesses.
