Material Fact - Resignation and appointment of CEO

Pursuant to the Federal Law No. 6,404/76, article 157, paragraph 4, and to the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Comission Rule No. 358/02, BB Seguridade Participações S.A. (“BB Seguridade”) hereby informs that Mr. Marcio Hamilton Ferreira resigned, today, to the positions of CEO and member of the Board of Directors, to hold new roles at Banco do Brasil conglomerate. The resignation will take effect on July 1st, 2021.
To substitute Mr. Marcio Hamilton, the controlling shareholder has appointed Mr. Ullisses Christian Silva Assis, current Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer of Brasilprev, to complete the 2021-2023 term of office as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. The nomination will be submitted to the Company's Eligibility Committee appreciation, and, after that, it will proceed to the of Board of Directors for election.
Mr. Ullisses Assis is 42 years old and holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Strategic Management, both from the Federal University of Mato Grosso, as well as executive training programs in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and in Strategic People and Process Management from Columbia University (New York, USA). He has been an employee of Banco do Brasil for 21 years, where he held several leadership positions in the Distribution Network. As a member of the Executive Board of BB, he held the position of General Manager in the Strategic Business Unit for Individuals, SME and Agri segments. Also held the position of State Superintendent in Santa Catarina and Executive Manager in the Distribution Division, among others.
