- confirmation of the existence of data processing and access to the data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or non-compliant data under the LGPD;
- data portability to another provider of products or services;
- information about public and private entities with which we share data;
- information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal, when applicable;
- request for revocation and/or deletion of personal data processed based on consent, except where retention is required or permitted by law;
- objection to processing carried out based on legal grounds that waive consent, in the event of non-compliance with the LGPD; and

Data of Children and Adolescents
BB Seguridade may process personal data of underage data subjects in situations where products and services are intended for this audience, when children or adolescents are designated as beneficiaries, or for other purposes declared in this Privacy Policy.
When it is necessary to process data of minors, the best interests of the child or adolescent are observed, with the application of specific safeguards, limitation of data collection to what is strictly necessary, reinforced access controls, and the request for specific and prominent consent from the legal guardian whenever legally required.
We do not process data for discriminatory purposes, targeted marketing, or automated decisions that produce significant effects on minors, except where legally authorized.
Third parties that process your data
Your personal data may be shared with third parties only in the situations provided for under the LGPD and other applicable laws:
- with companies within the same Economic Group, especially Banco do Brasil S.A. and BB Seguridade’s invested companies;
- with suppliers and partners for the performance of services and business contracted with BB Seguridade to carry out its activities; and

If data is processed outside Brazilian territory, we take all necessary measures to ensure compliance with Brazilian laws.
